Оur engineering team has been engaged in the design and production of plastic details for the past 25 years. As a result of our experience, in 2015 we launched the development of a high-quality and fast filament for 3D printers, as well as the design of lines for its production. We produce two types of materials so far: PLA and ABS.

New engineering plastics are also being developed.

The basis of the quality supply is the correct selection of granulate and the percentage of additives and colorants that are added into the material.

An important component is also the correct filament production process, which includes a special screw design for each material (helping to homogenize, plasticize and good dispersion of additives and colorants), precise temperature mode, proper cooling, continuous 2 axis measurement, precise extraction and winding.

The dimensions we produce are: 1.75 and 2.85 ± 0.05 mm.

The filament is winded on specially developed by us ecological 100% biodegradable rolls of 1 kg and 0.5 kg and vacuumed in a special barrier bag to prevent moisture and oxidation.

We test each batch produced and new materials with different properties in our laboratory.
