What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form — your name and company, email or phone, the quantity and your message. Nothing else is required.
What for
Only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. We do not use the data for advertising and do not share it with third parties.
How long
We keep the enquiry for up to two years after our last correspondence. If it leads to a contract — for as long as accounting law requires.
Statistics and cookies
The site sets no cookies for visitors. We count visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses, so no visitor can be identified.
Third-party services
The map on the Contact page is from Google Maps and loads only when you press "Show the map". Videos are from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. When you load them, Google receives data under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion by writing to rast@rastbg.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection — www.cpdp.bg.
